Zimbabwe's literacy rate remains high in spite of the country's political instability and ailing economy.

Most Zimbabweans have been forced to abandon their beloved country to seek a better life abroad; and many of them have been able to integrate successfully into their adapted countries owing to the education they attained in Zimbabwe.
